The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduces its 2025 Budget
The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduced its fiscal year 2027 Budget at the November 5, 2026 Authority meeting (see Resolution 2026-19. The Service Charges to be raised from the Municipalities are $14,143,350 which is an increase of $642,500 from 2026. The Budget does not utilize any unrestricted reserves to balance the budget. The 2027 Budget is slated for Adoption at the December 3, 2026 Authority Meeting.
