The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduces its 2025 Budget
The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduced its fiscal year 2026 Budget at the November 6, 2025 Authority meeting (see Resolution 2025-18. The Service Charges to be raised from the Municipalities are $13,500,849.99 which is an increase of $607,684.99 from 2025. The Budget does not utilize any unrestricted reserves to balance the budget. The 2026 Budget is slated for Adoption at the December 4, 2025 Authority Meeting.
