The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduces its 2022 Budget

The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduced its fiscal Adopted 2024 Budget at the November 2, 2023 Authority meeting (see Resolution 2023-14. The Service Charges to be raised from the Municipalities are $12,559,887.50 which is an increase of $108,222.50 from 2023.   The Budget does not utilize any unrestricted reserves to balance the budget. The 2024 Budget is slated for Adoption at the December 7, 2023 Authority Meeting.
