The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduces its 2025 Budget

The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduced its fiscal year 2025 Budget at the November 7, 2024 Authority meeting (see Resolution 2024-19. The Service Charges to be raised from the Municipalities are $12,893,165 which is an increase of $333,277.50 from 2024.   The Budget does not utilize any unrestricted reserves to balance the budget. The 2024 Budget is slated for Adoption at the December 5, 2024 Authority Meeting.
