The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduces its 2019 Budget
The Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (PARSA) Introduced its fiscal 2019 Budget at the November 3, 2018 Authority meeting (see Resolution 2018-14). The 2019 Budget is $13,803,025 which is a $363,641 increase from the 2018 Budget. The Service Charges to be raised from the Municipalities are $11,873,000 which is a $222,865 increase from 2018. The Budget does not utilize any unrestricted reserves to balance the budget. The 2018 Budget is slated for Adoption at the December 6, 2018 Authority Meeting
